Dr Fotini Vasilopoulos

Fotini is a multi-disciplinary Postdoctoral Researcher at the Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use, and The CREATE Centre, in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences within The University of Sydney.

Fotini graduated with a Masters in Education (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge and a Phd in Psychology from the University of London. Her PhD investigated the relationship between creative dance during primary school physical education on outcomes such as self-regulation and creativity. Her current research focus is investigating play and its effects on mental health and wellbeing during childhood.
